How flat per-report pricing works, what each plan includes, and where prepaid balances and free credits fit in.
Start the interactive walkthroughEvery report is one flat price. Roof size never changes what you pay. On the free plan a report is $35 (up to 5 a month). The Pro plan is $90/mo with unlimited reports at $25 each, and the Team plan is $110/mo with rates that drop as your crew grows. Report charges land on one monthly invoice for the whole organization.
How it works
- New accounts start with 2 free report credits: those reports cost nothing.
- Pay-as-you-go reports are charged at creation; plan reports are billed monthly to the card on file.
- Upgrade, add the Fabrication + CRM add-on, or manage billing on the Plans page.
- If your org has a prepaid square-footage balance from the old pricing, it keeps working until it runs out.
On the free plan, report 6 in a calendar month is blocked until the month rolls over or you upgrade to Pro for unlimited reports.
