Company branding
Set your logo, company details, and brand color so every proposal and PDF looks like it came from your business.
Company branding lives in Settings under Company Branding. Whatever you save here is reused automatically every time you build a proposal or export a PDF, so you only have to set it once.
Logo and company details
- Upload a logo (PNG, JPG, WebP, or SVG, max 2MB). A landscape image around 400x200px looks best in the proposal header.
- Fill in Company Name, Phone, Business Address, Business Email, and Website.
- Click Save Company Information to store everything to your account.
These details populate the Proposal Header (your letterhead) on new proposals. You can still tweak them per-proposal inside the builder without changing your saved defaults.
Brand color
Each proposal has a brand (accent) color, set from the color swatch in the proposal builder toolbar. It tints the company name, the top border of the page, the Send for Signature button, and the signing experience.
- Pick from the preset swatches or paste any hex value (for example #f97316).
- The color carries through to the PDF and the customer's signing page.
Where branding appears
- Proposal header / letterhead in the builder preview.
- The downloaded PDF.
- The secure signing page the customer sees.
A logo with a transparent background sits cleanly on the white proposal header.
